These terms are between you and Rafacst Consultoria LTDA, the publisher of Deck³. By using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Using Deck³

Deck³ is a third-party client for Bluesky and the AT Protocol. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bluesky. You must also follow the terms and rules of your Bluesky account and Personal Data Server.

You must not use Deck³ to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware or spam, bypass service controls, or abuse another user.

Your content and account

You keep ownership of content that you create. At your direction, Deck³ sends that content to your Personal Data Server and other AT Protocol services. Their terms control hosting, moderation, retention, and deletion.

You are responsible for your account, devices, credentials, and content. Deleting the app does not delete your Bluesky account or content.

Availability and price

Deck³ is currently free and has no subscription or in-app purchase. The app and third-party services can change, stop, or become temporarily unavailable. Rafacst does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Stores and mandatory rights

Apple and Microsoft control store distribution and transactions. Their store rules also apply. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Law and contact

Brazilian law governs these terms. A consumer can use the court of their domicile where applicable law permits it. For questions, email[email protected].
